This Privacy Policy explains how Daybreak Labs (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Affirmation Counter (the “App”).
Affirmation Counter is a wellness app that helps you practice spoken affirmations, track session counts, and (optionally) sync progress when you sign in and subscribe.

If you buy Premium through Google Play, Google processes payment. We receive purchase/subscription status needed to unlock Premium features — not your full payment card details.
On the free tier, practice data such as sessions and history is stored on your device (local storage). It is not uploaded to our cloud by default.
If you subscribe to Premium and sign in with Google, selected data (such as session history, streaks, and progress) may sync to our cloud backend using Google Firebase / Cloud Firestore, associated with your signed-in account identity.
You can continue using core practice features without signing in; unsigned / free use remains primarily local.

Their processing is governed by their own policies in addition to ours. We do not sell your personal information.
Affirmation Counter is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact [email protected] and we will take appropriate steps.

We will reasonably verify and fulfill deletion or access requests as required by applicable law.
Local data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall. Cloud-synced Premium data is retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward as needed for backups, disputes, or legal requirements, then deleted or anonymized.
We use industry-standard safeguards provided by Google/Firebase and limit access to personal data. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where Google/Firebase operate. Where required, appropriate safeguards apply.
We may update this Privacy Policy. We will revise the “Last updated” date and, when appropriate, provide additional notice in the App or on our website.
